This summer has been going good, however, I'm looking forward to school starting next month and I know the kids are also.
We haven't been able to do much this summer due to my parents living with us and neither of them are in good health. I spend most of my days helping to care for them and my kids, it's tiring, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
We bought a pool for the kids this year because I knew we'd be staying close to home for most of the summer...they LOVE it.
Here are some pictures of the kids:
Emily, my oldest: She's my 10 year old who can be very serious, but is so much fun. She's a tom-boy all the way and would rather run around and build a fort than have a tea party. She gets along with everyone and wants everyone to be happy. If she's not outside playing you can find her in her room reading, playing on the computer or on the PS2.
My second born is Kelsey and she's 8. She can't wait to be baptised next month. She turned 8 in December, but because of unplanned circumstances, she won't be able to be baptised until August. She can't wait. Kelsey is my jokester, she loves to laugh and she'll do whatever it takes to make you laugh too. She's also my helper, she will do anything for anyone and do it with a smile on her face (unless you ask her to clean her room).
My baby is Andrew, he just turned 6. He's a momma's boy all the way. He's free with his hugs and kisses and would rather sit down and snuggle than do anything else. He's my most social child, he'll walk up to anyone and start a conversation and no one can seem to resist engaging in the conversation. He's a sweet boy with a very sensitive soul. He can be found outside playing or in his room surrounded by his Lego's.
These are the light of my life!!!
